All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 pieces per style. Custom designs require a 50% deposit before production begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment.

5. Delivery

Lead times vary depending on order size and complexity, typically ranging from 30-45 days after receipt of deposit and approved samples.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective items. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and content on our Site are the property of SBART. You may not reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SBART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Guangdong Province, China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
